Muffle furnace Application: 

Muffle furnace mainly used in chemical analysis, physical decomposition 

and synthesis, super hardmaterials (such as ceramic),Rare and precious metal smelting

The Muffle furnace consists of high quality alumina fiber and resistance wire heating elements with special design, and furnace temperature controlled by high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy ±1 degree and 30 segments programmable.

The furnace widely used for materials annealing, ceramic sintering, melting and most heat treatment experiments in your research laboratory.

Furnace Structure & Chamber:

High purity fibrous alumina insulation for maximum energy saving 60-80% less power consumption than other old style.          Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch.
