High vacuum furnace is widely used in the heat treatment of metallic material or ceramic parts in low or high vacuum, especially used in the vacuum Sintering and Annealing of the materials like stainless steel, high temperature alloy, hard alloy and nonferrous metal in reducibility or protective atmosphere. Can also be used for special heat treatment of materials such as carbon products in the development process of carbonation.
